I was unfortunately seen for my appointment 30 minutes late without an explanation until 25 minutes into my delay, but the stylists who I saw (one for hair wash and one for blowout) were exceptional as always and I appreciate the remediation by the customer service team to comp my 10 minute scalp massage as an apology.
