• Dr Shipes is very knowledgeable , and takes her time explaining what she's doing , and why . I didn't leave there feeling like she oversold me , if anything she did exactly what I asked . The staff is very nice , and an all around enjoyable experience. I will highly recommend!

• I had a really great experience from speaking with John in the reception area about the services available and options to the procedure with Gale, I had a PRP facial and she walked me through each step, and as a nurse myself I could tell she had a lot of experience with drawing blood and taking care of patients in general. She set my nerves about the procedure at ease and checked on me frequently during. She recommending things based on concerns I had and it didn’t feel like I was being sold products or procedures I didn’t need or want. As far as results the PRP facial it takes your body time to produce the results and it’s only been a few days so I’m hopeful about reporting back soon. I already recommended Luxe to my friend who is also interested in a PRP facial and I’m looking forward to my next two appointments
