• There a couple of reason. A few months ago I wasn't happy with my service and I addressed it with the manager. Not only did she apologize but she made sure my issue was fixed. I was really Impressed with her response. And last but the more important reason is because of the lash artist Jennifer. She is amazing, very professional, and always does good work!!! Honestly my overall experience is just fantastic

• The lash tech took her time to peel my old, out grown lashes off and replace with new ones instead of leaving them which results in gaps in lashes due to fall out
