• alicia was pleasant and tried her best to give me the look i wanted, which she very mych accomplished. my only qualm is that i will need to come back this thursday before my trip so that she (or someone) could re-do a few lashes that have already fallen out less than 24 hours after installing them. that said, alicia was upfront with letting me know she would fix any lashes that prematurely falls out within 4 days. so i appreciate that very much. it's just a little inconvenient for my very tight schedule this week to have to come back (i'm going out of town and my week is booked solid with various errands i need to run) but i can't really complain since i will have the opportunity to get it fixed without any hassle
