• After asking for recommendations of a nail place on social media, I chose Lush. I went in with no clue what type of products had been used on my nails previously and I had 3 broken nails. I got educated on the products and after explaining the initial reason that I wanted nails to begin with, we chose a plan to achieve what I wanted. My appointment was 1.5 hours and we used that as a one on one experience. Other places, I feel disrespected because I don’t know what is being said between clinicians etc. I’ve already made another appointment and I am excited to have my nails healthy and in tact!
