• Overall I had a great experience. Very professional staff, nice environment, etc. However, along my bikini line, I had burns from the wax (or my skin was ripped off with the strip) and the area scabbed for several days. That was pretty uncomfortable and I will be sure to request that the wax temperature is tested before applying to the skin.
