Radiant Waxing Idaho Falls

Came here once and will not be back. The gal was very rough and seemed to be in a hurry. My skin ended up tearing, causing me to bleed. I'm still bleeding as I type this. I've had this area waxed for years and have never had an issue until today. Not impressed, save your time and money. I did get a $10 coupon off. A few hours after originally posting this I received a phone call from the manager being told my services would be refunded. At the that time, she was very nice and easy to work with. However, a week later I've only been refunded a small portion of the fee I was charged and I've tried calling twice to speak with the manager regarding this. I have not received any return phone calls from the manager as of yet. I would not recommend coming here.

I called last minute needing to get in for a Brazilian and full legs, I was given an appointment for the very next day! I was scheduled with Ari, she was great and so thorough!! It was my second time having this done.I was so nervous to have it done again because I had had a really bad first experience at another salon. Ari was so nice and understanding with me and she did such a great job!

I have no shame about getting my eyebrows waxed.

This location is fairly new in the Idaho Falls area. Finally - a location that feels trendy, modern & relaxing. Not only that, but you feel confident as you walk in.

The staff gives you the impression that they know exactly what they're doing. They are confident, well-spoken and relaxed in their demeanor. That's what you want to feel when you walk into a place that is about to perform some kind of exterior and visible work or modification on your body. You want to trust that you are putting yourself into the hands of someone skilled and reliable.

Everything about Lunchbox Wax is clean and appealing. Their front desk/waiting area is spotless. The fragrance in the air is refreshing and spa-like.

The room where the waxing takes place is clutter-free and feels sanitary but without the sterile hospital feel. I guess I could say the room is white but warm - private but inviting.

Procedurally, this is one of the best eyebrow waxing experiences I've ever had. Why? Because they don't rush the job. They take their time. The wax isn't scalding - it's just hot enough to feel relaxing.

Also, for some reason, when they 'rip' it off, it doesn't sting like other places I've been to. Maybe I've just been enough times that my skin is numb. I don't know for sure.

The pricing is quite reasonable.

Super clean environment, kind friendly staff, and I was in and out in 20 minutes! Very professional, and I was happy with my experience. It actually felt like I was somewhere like a doctor's office and a salon combined...in a good way. I will get my next wax for free since it was my first time there which is pretty awesome. 10/10, will be returning in the future!

This was my first time getting a bikini tight. I had NO IDEA what to expect, and everyone I talked to said it was gonna hurt like crazy. Making the appointment online was so easy, and I was able to get right in--and honestly this was the only way to go for me, because I would have talked myself out of going if I would have had to wait for a week or more to go. Alicia made me feel immediately comfortable, and she was FAST and thorough. She was half way done before I realized. She answered my questions directly without making me feel awkward--that is a skill. She explained that the techniques the people use here cut down on pain and time, and she was very right. I am VERY sensitive to pain, but this was not at all like I thought it was gonna be. It was a pleasant experience, and over before I knew it. When you go, definitely ask for and insist on Alicia. I'm sure the others are great too--I just liked her so much, that she will now be the only one I go to. Pricing was exactly the same as other places I had looked--so no issues there. The place was SPOTLESS--well decorated, and relaxing, without being pretentious. I thought I was going to be this "old woman" going in surrounded by all these young women (I get that a lot at the gym)...but I NEVER felt like that--in fact, I walked out feeling like a million bucks. I can not recommend this place and Alicia enough.
