• Richie was very nice and welcoming. He seemed well educated in his field, and informative about the products he was using. He always asked questions about what I wanted him to focus on my face. He was very gentle and made sure I felt comfortable during my facial. He kept checking on me every step of the way. I loved that he shared tips and tricks on how to maintain my skin.
