• Tait is the BEST athletic trainer EVER! My daughter injured her knee in February and due to COVID we could not get her the help she needed sooner.... Tait assessed the situation, worked on her and totally fixed her! She was lunging by the end of the session. I bought her a star wrap and he sent her home with Strengthening exercises to do at home. My daughter’ exact words when we left: “ I went in there feeling like an elderly woman and came out feeling brand new like a teenager again” We are so thankful for Tait and we will be back in a month!
