I think my aesthetician was great and I enjoyed the experience but it doesn't seem like she was fully knowledgeable of what the exact contents of the chemical peel used other than it being a retinol. I also was promised a strong peel with a peeling effect which is why I picked the level 2 but the peel was extremely mild and superficial and no peeling until this point or any signs of it. The place is still great and the environment is pleasant.
