She was personable and even got my inhaler out of my coat for me when the smell of one of the products caused a sudden and severe asthma attack. She remained calm and attentiveduring this brief episode. THANKS EMMA! Besides keeping me breathing lol, she did a wonderful job on my face and I left there glowing
