• The stylists and guest relations are always welcoming, positive and willing to go above and beyond to make their clients both look and feel great. The fact that you are offered a hand massage and other complimentary additions to your hair cut attest to this. Those extras are a big deal and set Lucette above other salons. The environment is positive, the music hip, the Aveda products fantastic and consultations before any service are never rushed. I also enjoy how the entire staff works as a team, versus going to a salon where the staff seem to just be renting a chair. I always look modern and fresh and feel fantastic after a visit!!! The Lucette team is also very dedicated to making the world a better place through their empowering women's events and their commitment to the downtown river district and its businesses. I appreciate that Lucette understands how working together with the other downtown shops and restaurants sets the city of Rockford apart from many other communities of its size. And without a doubt, all of the stylists are very talented, keeping up with current techniques and trends by attending workshops in NYC, Chicago and other fashion forward cities.
