• Ali was very gracious when I arrived 8 minutes late. (I am SO sorry.) This was only the second time I've seen her and she was very responsive to feedback about my last hair cut. I felt like she really wanted to make sure that we worked together on a cut that worked for me. And I was absolutely in love with my cut when I left! (That's saying a lot because I usually can't tell if I'm 100% in love until I've gone home, washed it, and styled it myself.) An all-around great experience!
