• From the first contact, via the phone, the friendly voice of Gretchen and Megan were very encouraging. Megan worked with me to schedule my appointment based on the bus route information I provided. Then Katie welcomed me on the day of my appointment. With a gorgeous smile, she took my jacket and hung it up and brought me a glass of water, while I waited. Kate the owner was great at discovering what I was trying to get done. She included others in on the assesment of my project. She also suggested an interesting option for me to think about. All in all I can honestly say 10 because of the value they placed on the client (me). Awesome team-work atmosphere. I am so excited to go back!
