• In speaking with my regular stylist (Ali), I've come to learn the owner (Kate) puts a heavy emphasis on continuing education, beyond the requirements defined by state mandate, and takes an active roll in ensuring her people have opportunities to pursue this training. As a director in my organization, I see great value in developing staff so they are always able to fulfill the needs of the customer in the most efficient and competent way. I firmly believe the return she is reaping is worth every bit of the investments she's made, and continues to make, in her people.
