There are so many classes to choose from. There are many different types of yoga and body movement to choose from the instructors are impeccable and happy to be there. The spaces are clean and beautiful. They offer lots of special weekend clinics and other events that are different and interesting.

Robin is a phenomenal instructor. Her workouts get my heart rate up more than any other, and her hot yoga has helped me significantly improve my form and flexibility. I highly recommend this gym.
