  • OUR SIGNATURE LA CLASS SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS

    Our Athletic class incorporates elements of cardio, strength and yoga. Expect the heart rate to spike, muscles to burn, get ready to sweat and have fun.

    This 50 minute reformer class included a yoga inspired stretch and flow to finish.

  • THIS IS OUR INTERMEDIATE CLASS DESIGNED FOR YOU TO PROGRESS

    Think more intensity, more reps, no breaks and more challenges.

    Suitable for those with knowledge of the reformer, this class is designed to challenge and progress your training. This class contains all the fun signature elements of an LA class that you know and love, but we will move faster, have more challenging spring options, and we will dive into playing around with some more advanced movements.

    As always, we finish with a yoga inspired stretch and flow.

    Recommend completing 5 Athletic classes before trying a PLUS class.

  • OUR SIGNATURE ATHLETIC CLASS WITH AN EXTENDED 15MIN YOGA INSPIRED STRETCH AND FLOW TO FINISH

    45 mins on the reformer and 15 on the mat unwinding. This class is open to all levels and incorporates elements of cardio, strength and yoga.

    Expect the heart rate to spike, muscles to burn, get ready to sweat and have fun.

  • This class is suitable for all levels.

    Get ready to get sweaty. Think traditional mat Pilates but redefined. This class is a full-body workout incorporating props to create a dynamic flow around the mat. This class will strengthen and tone as well as increase cardiovascular health due to the heat, and increase mind/body awareness through creative layering and flow.

    This 45 minute mat class includes a yoga inspired stretch and flow to finish.

  • This class is suitable for all levels.

    Think heavier weights, more reps and supersets. This class is a fusion of our signature Hot Pilates and functional weight training. Each exercise will be held for a longer duration of time giving you the ultimate full-body burn.

    Heart rates will be lifted with our 'burst of intensity'

    This 45 minute mat class includes a yoga inspired stretch and flow to finish.

  • This Hot Pilates class is our signature class but with an extended 15 minute yummy yoga inspired flow to finish - appropriate for all levels, including beginners. The extended 15 minute yoga inspired flow will stretch the body and calm the mind. You'll leave feeling restored and relaxed

    This is a 55 minute class.

  • Yes, we have a special offer 5 classes $65. This can be used to book your choice of 5 classes in Reformer & Heated Mat valid for use within 2 weeks of the 1st booking.

    This offer is only available to new clients of Love Athletica and is activated from the date of your first booking. It can be purchased once per client for used at any of our studios.

    Clients setting up multiple accounts to purchase this offer more than once will have the pack cancelled, accounts merged and a credit for the value remaining in their account. No refunds are offered.

  • Love Athletica style of Pilates is Athletic, fast paced and strong. Our signature class offers a full body workout that fuses elements of cardio and strength training, ending with a mindful yoga inspired recovery. You will feel toned, tight and fit with energy and vitality.

    We do offer varying intensity fo classes - if new to Reformer look for our Athletic Lite class to begin your Pilates journey.

  • We offer a range of class packs, weekly, monthly and 6 monthly.

    Please purchase and book online prior to arriving at the studio.

  • Log in to your Love Athletica App or your Love Athletica Mindbody account via our website. Select the studio location, select the date and time, then click book! We recommend you select the calendar reminder to receive a notification with your booking details.

  • We always recommend booking in advance as classes tend to fill up quickly. If you do drop in and the class is full you are welcome to wait the first 5 minutes and take the spot of a no show.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first class. This will allow you time to meet your trainer, fill out your registration form and familiarise yourself with the studio and the Allegro 2 Reformer Bed. If you are late to class you may not be able to train. Let your instructor know of any past or present injuries so that they can provide modifications for you. We provide sweat towels and filtered chilled water to refill your plastic water bottle (no glass bottles please). We have lockers available with digital locks to store your valuables during class. Our classes are high intensity with pumping music and superstar instructors to deliver you a fun active full body Athletic Pilates class.

  • That depends on the individual. The majority of our new clients do just fine attending an Athletic class which is a lower intensity to our Athletic Plus class. Although the class is still quite intense, classes are broken down using simple exercises so all individuals get the most out of their workout. Our classes are suitable for most ages, sizes, genders and athletic abilities and we offer modifications to suit.

  • You should always start with an Athletic class, even if you have done Pilates elsewhere or are quite fit. Love Athletica Pilates uses a lot of small muscle groups. You may be surprised at how challenging the class is and may need to build up your strength. You may also need to familiarise yourself with the Love Athletica dynamic training method, basic principles and exercises.

  • Wear comfortable clothes you can sweat, stretch and move in. We recommend gym tights, leggings or shorts and either a t-shirt or singlet top. At Love Athletica, we also encourage grip socks to be worn. Not only do they keep your toes warm but you are also able to grip the Reformer bed better with your feet, making it easier for you to do the exercises properly. Grip socks are available for purchase here at the studio, but you are also welcome to bring your own grip socks.

  • We have lockers at each studio for you to safely store your belongings. We provide complimentary towels, filtered & chilled drinking water, a bathroom and change room facilities.

  • No you cannot. While we would love to offer the ability for children to wait in reception, unfortunately for health & safety reasons this is not possible while a class is taking place. We also love our furry friends but animals are not to be brought into the studio.

  • You are welcome to bring your phone into the studio. We ask that your phone is switched to silent mode during class. Please note that if you choose to bring your phone into the studio, it is at your own risk - as they can be damaged by heavy equipment (we’ve seen it happen). We always encourage the use of your phone prior or after your class. We love you to share your Love Athletica experiences on social media. Be sure to tag us @loveathletica.

  • No. Our classes are suitable for most ages, sizes, genders and athletic abilities and we offer modifications to suit. Classes are broken down using simple exercises so each client can work at their own pace. It is low impact and easy on the joints, however don’t be fooled, this is an energetic group fitness class in which you will sweat! During class, it’s normal for the muscle group you’re working to shake and burn. That’s a good thing!

  • Your exercise routine is such a personal thing. How often you train will depend on your fitness level, what your fitness goals are, how your body adapts to the training and how well your body can recover. We recommend starting with no more than two to three classes per week and then we can dial it up from there.
