My Sunday morning hot yoga has become my happy place. Sarah, I cannot say enough good things about her, she kicks our butts and brings such a sense of calm and safe at the same time. Jeff, is such a fun instructor to have as well. Everyone is great but those two are definently the reason I keep coming back.

I absolutely love Lotus. All of the instructors are literally the sweetest people ever. Lotus takes away the stress of having to build your own personal workout plans. Most of the time I find myself a lot more motivated to go to hot yoga versus the gym.
