I love it at Lotus. I feel like a “non-traditional” client base, yet everyone has made me feel so welcome and that I belong. The practice of yoga, Pilates and barre has impacted by physical and mental well being in powerful ways. I’m grateful for Lotus, all of the incredible instructors and it’s community. And love telling people about Lotus!
