• Variety of classes to choose. You can step up gradually. Teachers (and an owner) are nice and friendly.

• Because my yoga teachers offer so much of themselves for very little reward, other than helping us grow through our practices. I like Lotus Yoga because you get to know your instructors and there is a niceness to going some where that is dedicated to one thing
