• I scored the technician a 10. She was helpful, worked carefully and fast and repaired a broken part of my nail. My hands looked good at the end. The receptionist was thoughtful and knew I had a wedding right after the appt. She called me about an earlier slot. The whole team was thoughtful!

• Lotus nail studio was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly. My nail tech Hanna took her time with my nails and did not rush, she did them so nicely and was very patient with me as I have smaller nails.
