• First, it was quiet at the shop that day which is always nice. My tech was Heather for this appointment. She has no issue with multitasking: she is personable and able to maintain a conversation, she is laser focused on making sure you're getting what you ask for, and is also able to schedule appointments for incoming clients all at the same time.
