• I've had many laser treatments from Kelsey. She has been so helpful and professional during each service. Kelsey makes every experience at lotus pleasant forme, although laser treatments can be quit painful.

• The friendliness and the attentiveness of Neelam is what makes me feel comfortable. And when the results start showing that will best. The massage part is the torture time (mildly saying :) but she always made sure that all is tolerable and easy to handle. But no pain no gain. Waiting to see the results and then the soreness wouldn't matter and I would Do It again. Results is what matters . The stomach area was showing amazing results and now waiting for the start of the flank area. Neelam shows so much care and very knowledgeable of what she was doing.
