• I was skeptical about going through with coolsculpting and had done a lot of research to make sure it was something for me and my body type. I feared that I was not at my optimal weight and I would not see the results I wanted. However, Neelam did an extensive consult with me and worked with me to create a plan to get the results I wanted. She provided me with a work out and diet plan to follow that will help the treatment to be as effective as possible. I went through my first treatment, and started my new routine. After only about 2.5weeks, I came back for a follow up to see my progress. Keeping in mind you do not see complete results until 3 months after treatment, I was absolutely blown away with the difference. I look at my self every day, and it was hard for me to see the changes. I knew I felt better in my clothes, but I didn't see a big drop in weight, so I really was not sure how I was progressing until my follow up. When I saw my photos from before my first treatme! nt and the photos we took at my follow up, I could not believe it. I can not say enough good things about my experience with Neelam and Lotus Health and Wellness. Their facility is beautiful and clean, the staff are always so friendly and helpful.
