• I love that Lotus Flower has retained instructors that have the Satyananda background. It’s been since before Atma Center transferred ownership that I fell in love with the style. I started in 2015 and believe I stopped going in 2019.My husband had died and I came every day pretty much for 4 years. I have carried a lot within and that studio was able to help me negotiate positioning of the body for my issues and also when I had releases of emotion I was carried. The effects and the depth of instruction that happens is amazing! In the gap between fall of 2019 and now the beginning of 2025 I’ve tried other styles of yoga on the far west side where I live Sheffield Lake but my heart is with Satyananda! A beautiful practice with many depths. Grateful for the practices I experienced in the past and looking forward to reentering practicing. Excellent instructors! Thank you!
