• My yoga classes are always wonderful. The instructors work hard to make each class meaningful and personalized for everyone’s abilities. And at t the end of every class I feel energized yet very much at peace. So worth the time and cost.

• Yesterday's midday Chair Yoga class introduced me to a new (I think!) teacher as I attempt a yoga "reboot." She joined all the other Atma Center/Lotus Flower teachers over the years who have revealed new poses and options. I don't know what happened, but I did my very best, most confident prayer (tree) pose yet. :-)
