• I practiced yoga at this location for 15 years prior to moving to SoCal and have yet to find a yoga studio to compare with Lotus Flower (at The Atma Center). Lotus Flower yoga isn’t just about the physical practice, but also about stillness and breathing, a true yogic centering experience.
