I rate his overall service a 10+ because he had great customer service skills explaining how to best style my existing cut and what would be best for in the future for my face shape and my mobility limitations. I felt pampered because my clothes were not wet, my neck was not sore, and styling tips were clear. Thank you Brenden for all the personal attention you gave to me throughout the entire appointment!
