I was really happy with my wax. She made this first timer feel really welcome. I wasn't happy with the lady at the front desk though. She charged my credit card when I had a gift card to use. She didn't offer any chance to try to reverse the payment or anything. She just shrugged and said there was nothing she could do. As a first time client, I was not explained to that the card I used to hold my appointment would automatically be charged for the services. Then I had to pry it out of her how much the charges were. No receipt. No way of leaving a tip. I had to ask her if I could leave cash for the gal that did my wax. I hope the $10 cash tip made it to her.
