The whole experience, from being promtly greated, walked back to my room, given a drink of water, introduced to the person doing the waxing , walked back to the front. The whole staff was friendly and courteous.
First of all the pain in my shoulders has minimized by 90 percent I still have some pain but it is nothing like when I first started going to LOR Spa overall I feel like I'm pampering myself for the first time in 45 years !
My experience is great every time I visit. I feel welcome and comfortable, and the customer service is excellent.
It was beautiful, a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere that was so relaxing and intimate! The girl that did our pedicures was so nice and did a great job. It was very refreshing from all the other chaotic salons!!
It was so relaxing and the staff was wonderful! Everything smells amazing and it's just a wonderful place to visit!
