The customer service, atmosphere, and most importantly the skill set and care I received during my manicure! Lor Spa is second to none!! My only suggestion is it would be nice if you carried Opi products as they seem to have more color selection.

It was my very first true spa day experience. The only previous spa services I've ever received have been manicure and pedicure. My spa day was amazing. Everyone made me feel very comfortable, relaxed and not self conscious. I cannot say enough of how impressed I was with the staff and services I received. You will be highly recommended by me.
