Very friendly staff. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the loud banter of staff behind the counter while we were in the waiting room. Also for the first time r&r retreats, a little outline of the routine plan would be great. Just to give a general idea of how it goes so we know what to expect. It also would give a take away that could be shared with others which would be great advertising!

Having our lunch in the same room where others were trying to enjoy quiet zen time. It was a little awkward. Body scrub was amazing but it would be better if the room was warmer temp wise.
It was a nice relaxing time. The only thing we would have done different was eating our lunch in the room with the hot tub and not in the relaxing room where we had people next to us trying to relax and we were trying not to make noise and eat salad with croutons.
