The hot tub was kind of cold and I wasn't able to float because I had razor burn and it stung.

Nancy was wonderful. This was my very first facial and wasn't sure what to expect. She explained what she was going to do before starting. The treatment was very relaxing and enjoyable. My skin feels very soft. The facility was very nice and very clean.

The payment part was a bit of a struggle because there was a group of us. Some were quoted a different price than what we were being charged and then we made it confusing because we were trying to pay a portion of everyone's service. But it wasn't anything terrible. Just not a 10. The services were good
