It was very relaxing. The massage was great and helped loosen up sore/tight muscles. Very nice facility with sauna and shower in the locker room

The only thing lacking was soft music or environmental sounds such as water running to set I. Relaxation during the treatment but the treatment itself is what generated the "10".
