Massage therapist was amazing! Hot tub was amazing! Sugar scrub was amazing! Relaxation room was amazing! Customer service was on point! Only thing I would change is when the snack is served. It's a bit awkward eating in dim litter area with crinkly paper trying to crunch quietly as possible while others are in the same room trying to relax. I would have rather had it in the hot tub room so I could have enjoyed my snack

Very courteous staff. Felt well taken care of. One comment, my 50 minute massage was actually 40-45 minutes. Didn't get started right at top of hour, but finished at exactly 50 minutes after the hour
