I had a wonderful first-time experience. The receptionist was very pleasant. The staff that escorted me to the locker room, was helpful; I appreciated the serene, relaxing environment. My technician was kind.

But I'm confused by when I book a 60 minute message, why it really only lasts 40 minutes.
The last few times it started at 10 after the hour and finished at 10 til.

Lor Spa had the kindest and welcoming staff to accommodate our experience at the spa. Lori was great to welcome us and serve refreshing water while giving us a tour. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and my birthday with a couple's massage, Char and Nicole did superb jobs that we want to come back for more. Also the cutest touch that Lor spa added was an anniversary card / birthday for the both of us as we left. Thank you guys for an amazing experience.
