The staff was very friendly, knowledge, and helpful. The locker room, waiting areas, message rooms, and even the hallways and stairwells were very clean and neat. The whole ambiance of the place was refreshing and relaxing.
The service was great! We called ahead for the sauna use prior to our scheduled couples massage.
Ladies sauna was warmed up and hot-ready to use, my husband's, unfortunately,
was not.
