Very efficient process
It was very relaxing and the staff were great.
The only reason I chose 9 and not 10 in which probably can't be helped, but I didn't like the fact that I prepaid so far in advance or that it wasn'tat making the appointment &at the appointment
Everything was absolutely amazing. The only part I was disappointed in was the self salt scrub. It's been a while since I went to LOR for a retreat because I was pregnant but before that there was an employee who would give you the sale scrub and I loved it. Disappointed that it went to self scrub 😔
Wow everyone is so wonderful to work with when you're there. It really feels like coming home. I walked out completely rejuvenated!!! Thank you
Overall, I always enjoy my time at LOR Spa. My only minor issue the last time I visited is that there were no plastic bags to put our wet bathing suits in after my friend and I did the Wind Down. Normally there are bags provided to put our wet clothes in. Other than that, the staff is always friendly and provides with drinks and comfortable robes.
