Char and the concierge were welcoming and professional. The amenities are on par for the price. The atmosphere is exactly what you want for a spa. Char is also communicative but does not impede the quiet relaxing atmosphere for a massage.
The massage was great, and the rest was heaven!
Everyone was so friendly. My massage therapist was so good. She was very helpful with post treatment and product recommendations as well.
The management, office people & the massage lady were spectacular.
