There was a lack of instructions for the Hot + Cold Plunge by instructor as she was unaware of my question until she asked other staff. Thorough knowledge would have been key for my experience.
Every person you encounter is so welcoming, and Jamie did an amazing job on my massage! As soon as I got back to work I booked another appointment with her next month 😁
I had an amazing experience from start to finish. It was a very relaxing environment, it was really luxurious from the beginning with the water, the robe, the slippers.... really gave me a big city feel. Char was great and she gives an incredible massage. Just the right amount of pressure, so fluid, very complete. I'll definitely be back
