Front desk is super! Dawn and Lori are top notch. My massage with Jaime was super. Also the other girls getting you upstairs are nice. I just hate the waiting area! So awkward! Had a dude in a robe across from me! ( legs not crossed!). Please please do something different with the chairs .. direction or spread them out.

The staff is always so accommodating and pleasant to deal with and the specialists are so knowledgeable in their respected fields. Always look forward to spa days!
