Sydney was my masseuse and she did a wonderful job addressing my back pain. She was very attentive to any discomfort I was feeling and was so emotionally sympathetic to my pain. I will absolutely request her next time I come in for a massage. As always, Lor spa did not disappoint. I love the calm ambiance they have created there and the staff are always so helpful and friendly. Thank you to everyone there!

There was a lack of instructions for the Hot + Cold Plunge by instructor as she was unaware of my question until she asked other staff. Thorough knowledge would have been key for my experience.
