I would choose a 10 Because every employee was very sweet and welcoming. Sidney the massage therapist gave me one of the best massages I have ever gotten. ❤️
I am not sure if the Swedish massage was supposed to be a full hr. It wasn't an hr. The technique of the massage could have been slower. The masseuse was didn't seem rushed but maybe burnt out or had something on their mind. I requested firm, but some places on the body should never be firm (such as the head with hair) unless you are only focusing on particular pressure points (such as for to relieve a headache or for a sinus massage). The masseuse also didn't seem to understand body alignment.
Employees were very friendly. It was a relaxing and overall great experience.
