• I went into Longevity Wellness with a long list of issues. Elle was assigned as my therapist. She was amazing in both her communication style as well as her massage techniques! After my session, I felt like a new man. So many issues were resolved. I could not ask for more! Fantastic job!!!!

• Of course massages are just a wonderful experience but Elle makes it even better. She adds some stretching that really gets the right results. She is very personable and fun to talk to. A great experience.

• 10. The lymphatic drainage massage yesterday was One of my favorite body treatments ever ! My therapist was great - I didn't expect it to be so relaxing but it was amazing. Also tried cupping for the first time too and didn't know what to expect but it was even pleasant. The infrared sauna was great too!

• Shelly's Thai Stretch Massage is amazing! Being an athlete, stretching is super important and rarely gets the attention it deserves. The practitioner-assisted stretch combined with deep tissue massage leave me feeling limber and rejuvenated.

• The massage therapist I visited at Longevity & Wellness was fantastic, paying attention to my intentions in seeking a massage and making sure the intensity level of the massage was appropriate for me. I chose Longevity & Wellness for their ability to offer theraputic massage and was not disappointed. The therapist I saw worked out knots and tension centers using trigger point therapy, allowing me to stand straighter and move with more flexibility. I only wish I lived closer so I could visit more often!

• Olivia was absolutely amazing. I came in with a great deal of pain from serious athletic training. I left feeling more relaxed than I have in months and tension free. I would 100% recommend this wonderful spot.
