• I needed the soothing low-key music to help me relax prior to the massage. I loved the little water fountain decor here & there, even in the sink in the bathroom. The dark gray walls also helped to relax. I liked the changing room, with the nice seating arrangement & decor & windows to look out; made me feel right at home. It also nicely accommodated seating to sip water or other offerings, with a friend or two, if planned. I probably would bring my own slippers for the next time, as I have a wide foot & high arch, but honestly, it was nice walking barefoot because the floors were clean & smooth. It would be nice if the steam/shower were big enough to put your legs up; it felt a little Claustrophobic. It's nice that you have enough of the these rooms so that no one has to wait to use one. My massage therapist, Alyssa had such a soothing voice that I relaxed just listening to her. She also asked all the right things in a professional manner; what aroma did I want her to use in the room, what kind of pressure did I prefer she use, what areas did I want her to pay attention to or to avoid, did I want the table heated or not, etc. When the massage was finished, I didn't feel the need to rush to leave; which is important because you are very relaxed afterwards. The entire experience was great!
