Staff is super nice! Rachel gave an awesome massage; one of the nicest I've ever received! Soothing massage w/ comforting music and touches like hot towels. Just a super lovely experience over all. Love the tea, water, Biscoff & orchid too! A+ all around. (even the sweet girl up front, P-something?, was awesome and it was her first day!!)
