  • I love the classes, studio and instructors. But I received a strange email a couple of months ago when I attempted to cancel a class 5 min after I made it, under 24 hours of class. The email stated the studio would "make an exception" of not charging me and then reiterated cancellation policy. I do understand the policy but find it in bad form to charge after trying to cancel it within 5 min of making it. I to have a 24 hour cancellation policy for MY business, but would consider it unethical to charge my fee under these circumstances. Perhaps the email was a template, but it still bothered me. I did appreciate the not being charged and you would have lost me as a client had I been charged.
