Classes are a perfect combination of technical instruction with personal coaching and fitness/conditioning. Lobos is a welcoming environment for all experience levels, with a great community of members who are supportive and positive. If you actually want to learn to box (even if you have no intention of competing), this is good as it gets for boxing clubs in LA!
