very strong and personal lesson although we had a packed full class
Really love the teacher! I think it is because she has such a good understanding of the body (makes sense that she will become a nurse!) but I felt like it was the perfect mixture of exercise, wellness, meditation, and fun :)
Also very grateful it is taught in English, makes it much more calming for me!
