• After babies back to back I didn't think I'd ever get moving again outside of my home. With LiveFIT I'm able to go less than a mile down the road and get my workout in with women who are just like me. The trainers are all so encouraging and helping in any way they can. The hardest part is getting out of the door and walking in. I've seen a change in my diet, my attitude , my energy and my body❤️
